The Playdate Cafe is holding a Colour Horribilis Challenge this week with the colours hot pink, navy blue and mustard.
When I pulled these colours onto my craft table I have to admit I did screw up my nose! Navy blue and hot pink are great together but with mustard...icky! But the strangest thing happened...as I looked at my card I liked the finished product. I'm not sure I'll use these colours together again but I think I made it work?????

ReplyDeleteIf I had a nickle for every scrunched nose... hee hee THIS was definitely a challenging challenge, to say the least! YOU, however, faced it fearlessly and LOOK at how gorgeous your card turned out. I don't think I'll ever look at a color palette and say "NO WAY!", thanks to this experience! Your work is WONDERFUL! Thank you for sharing this with the PDCC!
